Principal Accountabilities:
1.Work with US team and cross-functional team to assess new supplier overall conditions and provide solid inputs for new supplier identification and evaluation in time and in quality
2. Assist supplier audit and co-ordinate improvements when needed
3. Work with cross-functional team to manage new suppliers on boarding process in terms of hitting key milestones, compliance, delivery and quality sustainability.
4. Agree the project timeline with suppliers, track the project key milestone progress and push suppliers to complete key milestones on time to ensure new product on time launch
5. Co-ordinate the third party institutions listing/testing needs and actions needed by customers to complete in time and in quality
6. Coordinate components suppliers or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 Strong analytical skills including the ability to develop and update large Microsoft Excel documents.
3. Experience in managing many parts amongst multiple projects and related tasks while successfully achieving deadlines is a must.
4. Ability to quickly learn and work within a variety of computer systems.
5. Good English communication skill by using English as a working language.
6. Ability to quickly learn and work within a variety of computer systems and with a multi-culture team.
7. Strong attention to detail, deadlines and holding self and others accountable.
8. Good communication and influencing skills
9. Able to work under pressure, can be suitable for frequent business trip.
